        Tender competition cancelled - This decision has been taken based on a number of factors, principally the low response rate for Lot 1 – Human resources software package. After a detailed evaluation of submissions received, it was felt that the tender process had not attracted a sufficient level of competition to enable the award of a contract. As a result, Tourism Ireland is reviewing its requirements in this area. We apologise for the inconvenience caused but wish to sincerely thank applicants for participating in the tender process and for the time and effort spent taken in collating their submissions. Tourism Ireland had hoped to enter into a contract with Supplier(s) for the Implementation, Maintenance and Support of a suite of Human Resources Software Packages.

        Lot 2:- Performance management software package;

        Lot 3:- Online recruitment software package.

        Tourism Ireland requires a human resources software package which contains the following functions:-.

        - Core HR data management including employee self-service and manager self-service.

        - Leave management.

        - Time and attendance management.

        - Learning and development management including recording and approval of training requests.

        - Recording details of benefits for example salary, pension information, deductions etc.

        - Dynamic and sophisticated reporting including a dashboard for HR administrators and managers.

        - Optionally, organisation chart production.

        This will be an off the shelf human resources software package which can be customised within the capabilities of the solution without bespoke development.

        The solution procured must work responsively across all digital devices, including traditional desktop and laptop, hybrid devices, tablet and smartphones in a variety of operating systems.

        The solution procured can be a cloud or on premise-based.

        In addition to the provision of the package, the successful tendering company should also provide for managed services and annual support of the application.

    RFT Cancelled.

    This decision has been taken based on a number of factors, principally the low response rate for Lot 1 – Human resources software package. After a detailed evaluation of submissions received, it was felt that the tender process had not attracted a sufficient level of competition to enable the award of a contract. As a result, Tourism Ireland reviewed its requirements in this area and is progressing with procuring via a central government framework. We apologise for the inconvenience caused but wish to sincerely thank applicants for participating in the tender process and for the time and effort spent taken in collating their submissions.

    All candidates were advised, in writing, of the cancellation of this process on 31 August 2017.
