        Daa wishes to appoint an experienced entity as a long term partner to finance, build and operate a new terminal 2 linked hotel, before transferring back to daa, at Dublin Airport. daa have full planning permission for a 402 bedroom 4 star hotel directly in front of Terminal 2. This Project offers an exciting opportunity to work with daa in the development and operation of a unique opportunity at Dublin Airport.

      Daa plc is amending the requirements for completion of the building of the Hotel and the opening of the Hotel as follows:

      The Hotel Building (including but not limited to the structure, external façade and roof) is to be completed by end of May 2019. It is anticipated that the Hotel will be required to be operational subsequent to this date, currently anticipated to be by early 2020.

      In addition, the nature and extent of the operational and construction risk, including the extent of risk held directly by the Concessionaire, is subject to commercial negotiation and may differ from that originally set out in the RFI.
