HR Solution
The solution will be delivered in a phased approach, the contents of each phase will be subject to agreement but should include the following modules:
1) Transactional HR including Core HR/Personnel, time and attendance, pension and benefits administration, case management and document management capabilities;
2) Recruitment/Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including onboarding activities;
3) Talent management including performance management, succession planning, Learning Management System (LMS), skills and competency management,
4) Workforce planning;
5) Compensation and salary planning;
6) HR reporting and analytics;
7) Expense management.
