Preparation and Implementation of the 7th European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS)
Preparation and implementation of the 7th European Working Conditions Survey in all European Union (EU) Member States.

The objective of this tender is to conclude a Framework Contract for the timely and high quality preparation and implementation of the 7th European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS). Workers should be interviewed face-to-face in their homes using Computer Assisted Personal interviewing (CAPI). The work envisaged under the 7th EWCS will cover the following phases:
Preparation:
— sampling,
— questionnaire preparation and finalisation (including cognitive test),
— translation,
— pilot test.
Implementation:
— fieldwork,
— data processing.
Subject to the availability of additional funding, the 7th EWCS may be expanded to cover 1, some or all of the following 7 Acceding and candidate countries (ACC) to the EU: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Serbia and Turkey.
Note that the estimated value of the Framework Agreement provided under Point II.2.6 does not include the cost of the options concerned.
The maximum value of the contract contains the cost of both conducting the survey in the EU MS and non-EU countries. The latter are options built into the contract.
Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge. A complaint to the European Ombudsman does not have as an effect either to suspend this period or to open a new period for lodging appeals.
